Helloo!

Earlier this year a friend of mine, Tim, who has beaten cancer let a bunch of know that he had crazily signed up for 10km charity run and asked if any of us would join him. I couldn't think of an excuse fast enough and it was months away at the time so I just as crazily said yes!

Scroll forward a few months and after an intensive training program of incentive doughnuts and lagging at the back of beginners run club here we are!

On a serious note if you would sponsor me I would appreciate no matter how small - and please note my company will double any charity donations I get so - the more you give the more the LLR gets!
