Sport Relief brings the nation together to get active and raise life changing amounts of money through the power of sport. Sport Relief is an initiative of Comic Relief registered charity 326568 (England/Wales); SC039730 (Scotland)

Story

So…last year I did the Couch-to-5k, then the Bristol 10k, then the Bristol half marathon. So the logical next step would be a marathon right – wrong. Multiply that distance about 40 times and it’s a bit nearer.

In support of Sports Relief, on the 27th February (yes February!) I, together with a team of 9 Unite Students’ employees and customers, will cycle 1,052 miles from John O’Groats to Lands End (JOGLE). Cycling up to 96 miles a day and climbing over 5,000ft.

The money we raise will be used by Sports Relief to fund some incredible projects that really do change lives. 50% of all their donations are used right here in the UK, and 50% goes towards transforming lives across the world’s poorest communities. With your support I hope to raise £1,052, a pound for every mile, to support their amazing work!

Thank you for your support
