Hi all

 

Many thnaks for visiting and donating (I hope!) to my charity for 2010.  I am running the Barcelona Marathon on 7 March and my 19th Marathon on 17 May around Lake Windermere.  I am not hoping to break the 3:30 this year as I'm rebuilding strength after injuring my knee in 2008/9. 

All monies donated to MRDF through sponsoring me will go to their Haiti appeal - supporting the much needed wok in rebuilding this devasted nation.
