I VERY NEARLY finished my attempt at the half marathon but unfortunately didnt finish due to heat exhaustion at about the 13 mile mark. Cant believe I got so close! I have no recollection about what happened, just came round in first aid where I was well looked after by paramedics and friends.Thanks to everyone who has donated and for your messages - really disappointed not to complete the run but there's always next year!!!
