I am walking Wainwright's Coast to Coast path from 2/5/11-12/5/2011, yes thats 190 miles in 10 days, with just my dog for company. As I enjoy walking I am looking forward to it although its quite a challenge!

I wanted to support Contact the Elderly because I love getting to know older people they have led such interesting lives and been through so much. Contact the Elderly gives them a chance to meet up with each other and local people who are willing to open their homes twice a year to give them tea. Such a simple idea that brings lots of pleasure.
