I'll be attempting to climb the national three highest peaks with 30 (OMG) of my work colleagues.  That's a huge team to try and get up a mountain (let alone three) but it's not nearly as hard as the day to day issues that mental health suffers have to deal with. 1 in 4 will experience mental health issues during their lives but evidence shows that good relationships at work (go team!) and at home, are the key to a long and happy life!!
