On 16th September I will be running the Bupa Great North Run...yes all 13.1 miles of it!

Each and every one of those miles will be run for a very special lady who stays in the hearts and minds of us all every day - Annie Williams!

I hope to raise as much as I can for Cancer Research UK - a great charity that I'm sure means a great deal to us all in different ways. For me, this day (and the sweat and tears!) are for you Annie!

Along with the rest of the Metronet Team (a group of 'energetic' sales, support, accounts and engineering staff!) we are raising as much as we can for a variety of great charities. So please dig deep and help us along our way.
