Hi All

In the usual Lucy style I decided last week that I should have a go at a half marathon. The good news is that this morning I managed to run, constantly, for over an hour . . . the pace at this stage, I feel, isn't important.  

The charity I am running for is called Starting Blocks which is based in Greenwich. It helps young athletes (very much like myself) gain access to training facilities and decent coaching opportunities to give them a real chance of joining Britain's Olympic and Paralympic teams in the 2012 Games.

 

So any help you can give would be much appreciated.
