Lucy Long is raising money for Medecins Sans Frontieres / Doctors Without Borders (MSF)
Story
On September 18th I'll be doing Rough Runner; a 10k obstacle-style event on Clapham Common with Bow & Arrow to raise money for Médecins Sans Frontières.
MSF is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. MSF offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. It works in over 60 countries and goes to the places where others cannot or choose not to go.

Every penny counts, so please give generously. As an added incentive, my company is matching every donation that is made towards my target so anything you give makes double the difference.
I'm also open to costume ideas for the day, which you can post on the wall (by all means make this as uncomfortable and embarrassing as possible for me- it's such a worthy cause!).
