Swim the equivalent of the English Channel in your local pool while getting sponsored for every length. You'll cover an incredible 22 miles at your own pace and in your own time.

Story

Swimming with my classmates to raise funds for the great cause diabetesuk ! Over the next 10 weeks we will be attempting to reach the grand total of 22 miles ( the width of the English channel) in St Marys Hospitals pool.

Unfortunately, St Marys pool will also be closing down in the summer due to not being worth the expense. We aim to prove what a loss this would be by going the distance and raising as much money as we can for a good cause.
