Hi everybody!

 

Thankyou so much for coming onto my JustGiving site.

March 21st 2010 I will be running the Reading half marathon, about 13.2miles to help raise funds and awareness for the charity Women's Aid.

This charity helps women and children that  have suffered  or are suffering any form of domestic violence. The charity has a 24hr helpline aswell as a website www.womensaid.org.uk. on this website you can find all details of this charity.

Anyone can be a victim of domestic violence, this charity helps those who need support after being a victim or help for a chance to escape. This is an extremely terrifying situation for a person to be in if they have no one else to turn to, womens aid gives them the chance to be heard and be safe. Not only will fundraising help this charity in a huge way but also raising the awareness for people out there who may not realise they are victims or if they have friends who are. 

They need your help before it is too late! 

 

my first half marathon everyone so wish me luck this is all new to me. :)

I enjoy the gym alot! (those who know me know I am addicted! as for my running skills I hardly do it so here we go :) :) its all for a good cause so i am extremely determind and excited :D
