Not long ago a very special friend of mine lost a very special friend of hers, and a wonderful Mum. So in honour of this, Gemma Torkington and a troupe of our gin-swilling, high-heel wearing, anything-but-running girlies are rooting out the trainers and taking the longest route EVER to the nearest bottle of Prosecco. 
We have about 10 weeks to get ready for the Bupa Great Manchester Run... lets see how this goes!
