Story
Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions.
And THAT’S why I’ve signed up to cycle all the way from Paris to Derby.
- 482 miles
- 6 days
- 1 small pair of legs
With my bike (and a bit of positive thinking) and your cash we can help reduce this statistic.
How?
I’m part of the Zibrant Team who are cycling from Paris to Derby aiming to raise £8,500 for the charity Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) which will go towards research, existing support and hosting a screening day for 100 young people in Derby - ultimately helping raise awareness and saving young lives.
CRY is particulartly close to Zibrant, a very close friend of the team passed away in 2010 following a sudden cardiac arrest, aged just 26 and with no previous condition detected. Nothing can, or will ever, replace Sarah Gamble but CRY were there for her family at this tough time.
So please, please sponsor me – we can’t do it without you!
