On Friday 19th of July, I will be taking part in telent's United Against Dementia event where as a company we will be cycling, running and walking to raise money for Alzheimer's.

This is a cause very close to my heart so if you could help me in anyway it would be very much appreciated.

I will be doing this in memory of my nan, who lost her life to this horrible disease after a 10 year battle.
