We help those who have served in the Armed Forces and families of those who are currently serving through employment support, training and accommodation. We also provide support to those with disabilities who are out of work or need support to stay in work.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!

This year the Barratt 2018 Aspire Cohort are fundraising in
celebration of the RBLIs 100
th birthday. Each Graduate has pledged
to raise £1000 for RBLI and we all plan to do this in our own unique ways. Our
fundraising efforts will go towards designing, creating and implementing a new
dementia garden for Gavin Astor House Care Home which is based at the RBLI
village in Kent. We hope with the kind generosity  of yourself and others,
we will be able to complete the dementia garden this year. We also plan to
start a portfolio to renovate several 1930s derelict properties that RBLI have
on their village in Kent which, once renovated, can be used to house further
veterans and those in need.

Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) is a national charity supporting the Armed Forces, people with disabilities and people who are unemployed. They improve lives every day by inspiring those they help and supporting them to find work and lead independent lives. Barratt Developments PLC have recently donated £750,000 to RBLI to help them to continue to support those in need, and the Barratt 2018 ASPIRE Cohort want to continue to add to this and make a real difference for those in need.
