The University of Nottingham have a target to raise £350.000 to enable them to use their Nobel Prize winning expertise in MRI scanning to conduct world-leading research into the different ways that dementia damages brain cells.

One in three of us has a friend or close family member with dementia, and that is number is growing.
My mamma died of dementia a couple of years ago, so my dad and I will be cycling 10 miles in her memory.
