I will be taking part in Rough Runner, a10km run with obstacles, in aid of Médecins Sans Frontières. With more than 60 million people fleeing conflict, poverty and persecution, we are facing the worst refugee crisis since the Second World War. Alongside its work in conflict and health crisis zones around the world, MSF is playing leading role in helping to address the European refugee crisis.

I am running alongside my colleagues at Bow & Arrow, and B&A will match every pound that I raise here, so many thanks in advance for any support you can give.
