People Source are raising loads of money for some brilliant causes this year, and as part of this I am joining Team Tough Mudder! 16 of us will be taking part in the event - a 12 mile Special Forces designed obstacle course in the Brecon Beacons. We will be mastering a lot of mud, freezing water, and even electric shocks!

Just to give myself a proper workout, I will also be running the Cardiff Half Marathon 2 weeks later on the 6th October.
