Nordoff and Robbins is the UK’s largest music therapy charity, with a unique approach shaped by more than 60 years of practice. Through the power of music, it breaks through the barriers caused by life-limiting illness, disability and social isolation. The charity does this through providing music therapy to people across the UK, whilst also training the music therapists of the future and funding research to measure and improve the impact of its work.

Story

I'm cycling to Download festival again with The Heavy Metal Truants to help raise as much money as we can for Nordoff Robbins!

Training has already commenced and I can tell you now, there'll be blood, sweat & tears to get through the next 4 weeks and over the finish line. Seriously....I cried last year. It's really bloody hard guys! Please support the cause and make it all worth it. Every penny makes each mile of the three day cycle ride that little bit easier.
