<p><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">So...on Sunday 19th June Dad, Matthew and I are cycling our little (in MJ's case not so little!) legs off for the Sutton and Croydon MS Therapy Centre. We will be joining the British Heart Foundation's London to Brighton Bike ride. We have been training hard and wil be cycling just over 54 miles from the big smoke to the beach.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">The centre is a great cause and has been a huge help to Mum providing support to local people with MS. Fundraising is a vital part of the centre as they are an entirely self-funded group and would be able to stay open without the support of fundraising events and challenges like this one.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">The centre has been a huge pillar of strength to Mum helping her not only physically but mentally with the difficulties MS brings to her and all the gang at the centre. They provide loads of support and as I hear a lot of laughs to all the members and their families and I know Mum would be lost without it so please donate away!</span></p>
