On May 20th I will be taking part in a 180 mile bike ride to support the Get-A-Head charity, a charity supporting those who suffer with head and neck diseases and cancers. The cycle route will start at Unilever's head office in Leatherhead, Surrey and finish at Gilwern, Wales, 180 miles later.
