On Monday 27th May I’m going to be taking part in the Bupa London 10,000, where I will struggle across (approximately) a 6 ½ mile route through London, finishing near the great Buckingham Palace.

Although I’m not officially registered with a charity for the event, I would like to take the opportunity to support our dedicated UMP charity, Canine Partners, to raise an extra bit of money to help Jason, our sponsored dog (below).
