I've stupidly decided to take on the challenge of The Pathfinder March this year in aid of our squadron charity, the Jon Egging Trust. 

Not being content with the normal option of walking the 46 mile route, i've chosen to to join a group of other idiots from the squadron to attempt to run it. I've never run more than about 4 miles before, so this probably isnt going to be easy...
