I've left it incredibly late (like my training), but I'm running the 10km Bananaman Chase 2011 (http://leukaemialymphomaresearch.org.uk/event/bananaman-chase-2011).

My friend Tim is a banana this year, having been diagnosed with lymphoma in 2008 (he has been in remission since 2009), so it's a cause that's pretty close to my heart, so please dig deep :)
