Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Here is a little bit about us:   We are a group of 7 women from Braunton who have decided to take up the fantastic challenge of paddling the 22 miles to Lundy by sea kayak.   The seed of the idea was planted by Rob McIntyre of Sea Kayaking South West over coffee one morning.  Whilst his wife Anita and a bunch of friends were trying to find a date for a leisurely trip around the bay, Rob suggested a paddle to Lundy Island! “Could we do that?” - “Of course”, he replied.   Who could resist? With such a positive attitude, how could we fail?   We know we have a huge task ahead of us but we are determined to complete the challenge. Rob and Rhoda will accompany us on our paddle, the date of which will depend on sea conditions at the time but we are aiming for late Spring, early Summer. We are: Andrea Stebbings, Laura Martin, Lorraine Irwin, Helen Robinson, Andrea Clay, Meryl Tanton and Anita McIntyre, collectively known as Lundy or Bust!   Thank you again for visiting our page, we really appreciate your donations.   Special thanks must also go to Rob McIntyre and Sea Kayaking South West without whom the trip would not even be possible (and for having the patience of a saint - it's not easy trying to tell 7 women what to do).   Lundy or Bust Team :0)
