Lydia Fenny pedals to a Cuban beat for Alzheimer's Society!

In January 2010 I am going to be cycling over 300km through the exoctic Caribbean coastline and mountainous national parks of Cuba.  All in aid of the Alzheimer's Society.  I am doing this challenge for my gran who suffers from dementia and for all the people I know who have family members who also suffer.  The Alzheimer's society campaigns and champions the rights of people living dementia and the millions who care for them - so your money will do a great deal for this fantastic charity!
