<p>Hi guys,</p> <p>As some of you already know, I'm going to be running the Bognor 10K on the 20th May and I'd love for you to show your support and donate to the Life Centre.</p> <p>Life Centre is a brilliant local charity that provides an incredible service to the community - government budget cuts have had a terrible impact on smaller charities such as this and I think it's really important to try and support them as much as possible!</p> <p>I'm aiming to complete the run in about an hour, which may not sound terribly difficult but considering that in December I couldn't even run a mile without passing out, I think it's pretty good.
