We stop men dying by suicide. Since opening in 2018, we’ve helped more than 5,100 suicidal men access free, life-saving therapy at our centres in Liverpool, London, Newcastle and Birmingham. 75% of deaths by suicide are men, but suicides are preventable. Donate today to help save lives.

Story

Yes, i am running a rather long distance for someone who would rather wear ballet pumps than trainers...however, it is for a charity which is very meaningful for both Fergus and I. A charity which needs as much support as possible to raise awareness for young adults.

Last October my cousin Toby tragically took his own life, he was 18. He had no apparent signs of stress or anxiety and as far as we (the family) were aware no signs of drug nor alcohol abuse. Toby was a budding Jockey and thoroughly loved and adored like anyone… there were no arrows nor explanations to point why this had happened.

This sadly, happens to many young adults throughout the world. It is one of the biggest causes of death world wide. In some countries (UK included) is second only to motor vehicle accidents in people aged 15-29. The James Wentworth Stanley Memorial Fund is helping to raise awareness of anxiety, depression and suicide within young people.

So please dig deep and donate now.
