I will be participating in a 24 hour FAST on the 19th & 20th of November to raise money for UNICEF's vitial nutrition programme in Liberia, where almost a third of the children suffer from chronic malnutrition. 

Liberia remains one of the poorest in the world, ranked among the bottom five countries (176 out of 179) where nearly one-third of the Liberian population is undernourished. In addition, about 14 percent of children under five are underweight. Health officials feared that an estimated 74,000 Liberian children would die from malnutrition by 2015.

Please take this into consideration, we were all once a child. Try to understand their desperate cry of help - from one human to another, lets help them. Every £1 raised will be doubled by The Power of Nutrition, a charitable foundation.
