In January 2012 my Gran passed away from the later stages of Motor Neurone Disease. She had a good quality of life and been lucky enough to live at home until just a week before she died.

In September 2012 I am doing the Inca Trail Trek in aid of MND Scotland. I will trek at high alltitude for four days in what will no doubt be a huge challenge.

MND Scotland provide a wide range of services to support people with MND, from advice to equipment loans. The money I raise will help them to continue to provide these services.
