Myself and Russ are doing two 26 miles Rowathans
The first is on 30th July from 10am in Tesco's at their Wath Store, Rotherham.
The second is on 6th August from 10am at Ponds Forge Leisure Centre, Sheffield.
Please read on to discover why we are doing this challenge
My first daughter, Rebbecca was born on this date she lived for fifteen beautiful but scarey weeks being a new single mum, then fate lent a hand and she passed because of cot death.
My third child however is a little different, unfortunately I didn't have the pleasure or oppotunity to meet this little individual I named Hazel, she was still born.
These two little people who enriched my life greatly I would like to thank for giving me the chance now to make a difference for other people.
So all monies which are raised from the event will be split evenly between three specific causes:
1: Special Care Baby unit at Rotherham Hospital
2: Councelling for berieved parents and families.
3: Still Birth Research-National
The research is a cause I decided upon very recently after hearing a news clip on TV, which pronounced that Britain has the highest statistic in Europe. I'm flabagasted that this number is still so high after all these years.
Research is an essencial part of medicine to fetch these numbers down donations are needed so we can achieve getting this number lower than anywhere else in the world.
So I'm asking, no on this occasion only, I am begging for you all to donate as much as you can possible afford then please pass on my web page address to your friends. So if anyone finds themselves in the position I was in has any help they require. So little steps can be made at first. So great strides can be made forever.
As a token of my appreciation for spending your precious time reading my request, I would just like to introduce to you the cheaky chick in the corner, this was my daughter Rebbecca who always made me smile and when I look at this picture now, she still does.
Kindest Regards.lol.x
