I am joining Rachel New, Breakfast presenter from Heart FM and 49 other wonderful women from the local area on the Have a Heart team at Sutton Coldfield Race for Life! 

You all know what a huge challenge this will be for me as running is not in my vocabulary! In fact, Lyn and exercise you would not normally find in the same sentence!!!
