On Sunday 11 October I will be taking part in Run Kingston - an 8.2 mile race from Kingston Upon Thames, along the river and via the magnificent Hampton Court Palace.  Having picked up a few tips from Paula Radcliffe when running in Central Park the other week (yes, honestly!), you never know, you might see me in London 2012!

I am running for the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust, one of the charities currently sponsored by my firm, Davies Arnold Cooper.  I participate in the DAC Corporate Social Responsibility Committee which co-ordinates fund raising within the firm and supports employees in their own charitable efforts.  

Donating through JustGiving is simple and totally secure.  They’ll never sell your details or send unwanted emails.  Money goes directly to the charity with Gift Aid on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.  So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
