In memory of Susan Bannochie
Donations cannot currently be made to this page
Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Tunbridge Wells Foxy Burlesque students were deeply shocked and saddened late last year when we heard that one of our wonderful students Susan Bannochie had passed away suddenly when she suffered a stroke.

Susan was so full of life, it's still hard to believe she will not walk into class in her sequinned hotpants and dance around the room, like she used to. I often joked with her that she looked fantastic but was always doing something completely different to everyone else, because she preferred her own choreography to mine :)

Unfortunately it's too late to help Susan, but we wanted to do something challenging in her memory to show how much we thought of her and to raise money for a wonderful charity. One that is able to help people who survive a stroke.

So, on Sunday 11th May a group of Foxy Burlesque students and friends will be undertaking the Tunbridge Wells Circular Challenge, and yes, we will be doing this in one day!

It's certainly going to be a challenge, so please, if you can, sponsor us. We will be very grateful! :)
