What a fantastic day! What a privilege to raise money for such a wonderful charity.Thankyou so much to everyone who sponsored me. Hi,my name is Lynda and I am taking part in a parachute jump to raise money for Wishes For Kids.My grandaughter Megan was 18 months old when she was diagnosed with having a Wilms tumour.She was operated on and the tumour and kidney were removed,this was followed by chemotherapy.Things seemed to be alright for about 6months but then the tumour reappeared.This involved another operation followed this time by more chemotherapy and also radio therapy.After she had recovered from this Wishes For Kids granted Megan and her Mum and Dad a well earned wonderful holiday at Disneyland Paris.The joy this brought to the family was immense and cannot thank them enough for their genorosity.Megan is in remission at this moment in time and has started school.Any donations I can get will hopefully give other families in similar situations a chance to experience the wonderful work that Wishes For Kids do.
