I successfully completed the Pretty Muddy Race for Life 5k on Saturday. I didn't ask for any sponsors beforehand as I wasn't sure that I would go through with doing it - but I did! I never thought I would say this but it was really good fun. 

Unfortunately cancer is something that affects or has affected nearly everyone I know so I would ask that you give what you can- even the smallest amount will go towards doing something to help rid us of this horrible disease
