So, many of you know that I have longed to run the London Marathon for many years, having over 10 no’s through the ballot system. This year, I decided to take the plunge and apply for a charity place, choosing a local charity that does amazing work for people who live in my community, who have very kindly given me one of their precious charity places.

If anyone would like to sponsor me I would be truly grateful, every little helps me get closer to my target goal and most importantly helps support a fantastic charity.

LOROS is a charity whose aim is to enhance the quality of life of adult patients with cancer, progressive neurological conditions and end-stage organ failure for whom curative treatment is no longer possible. Patients are treated at the Hospice and in the community based upon clinical need, regardless of background and the ability to pay.
