Thanks for taking the time to visit Univar Team One's JustGiving page.

For those who are not aware, a member of our team, Dave Rutland's son Matthew was unfortunately diagnosed with Meningitis at only 6 weeks old.  During his time at in Aylesbury David and his family felt the level of care given was truly outstanding. Due to the prompt diagnosis and immediate treatment from the Doctors Matthew's life was saved to which ourselves, David and his family are eternally grateful.

As our way of saying thank you to the hospital, several members of us from the Univar Food Ingredients team are embarking on the national Three Peaks Challenge on 16th October 2009.  With great will and enthusiasm we will climb:

-Snowdon ( – 1085m)

-Scafell Pike ( 978m)

-Ben Nevis ( – 1344m)

All within 24 hours!

The challenge will begin at 5pm Friday evening and will be completed at 5pm on Saturday.

All the funds raised will go towards general improvements, equipment and research for the Stoke Mandeville Hospital Baby Care Unit/Children's Ward.

I hope you will join us in doing what we can to raise some money for such a worthy and very personal cause!

From all of us in Team One, many thanks for your support!
