Hi Friends and Family....you might think ive eventually lost the plot..maybe i have..

i will be running in the famous "tough guy" mud wars on April 14th in Wolverhampton to try and raise some money for the MS society scotland charity.

As you all know mud ( apart from the face pack type) is no friend of mine so this really will be a challenge running through 12k of mud tracks and obstacles which look huge.

A small (or large) donation would give me loads of encouragement and motivation to get round the course in 1 piece
