This involves sending anaesthetists from Scotland to Blantyre [Malawi] I have now been to Malawi on four occasions -the courses are always met with great enthusiasm from the delegates and the hope that there will be another course. The Malawian instructors are taking an increasing role as&nbsp; teachers but still require guidance.
