I will be cycling 150 miles over 2 days through 2 countries, setting off from Leyton Orient Football Ground making my way just over 85 miles to Harwich. There I'll board an overnight ferry to Hook in Holland and start day 2 with a 65 mile ride to Amsterdam. 

Finishing at the Ajax Stadium and then on to Amsterdam for a few beers and a chocolate brownie!  

Return home Sunday on Eurostar from Brussels to St. Pancras.
