Me and a group of pals from work are taking part in the Cape Town Cylce Tour. It's the worlds largest time trial cycle event with over 40,000 professionals, keen amateurs and those up for a challenge taking part every year. The race itself is 110km and contains some treacherous and mountainous terrain. 

We're doing this for Finding your Feet, a great local charity who help those who have suffered immense physical trauma.
