Having served in the Armed Forces for 30 years I wanted to take part in a fundraising event close to my heart. I have lost friends and colleagues along the way and have comrades who are still suffering but supported by the ABF.   So. Despite my shattered knees, haggard old age,  I am going to push through  100km in 3 days to raise money for ABF, The Soldiers' Charity who provide vital support to soldiers, veterans and their families in times of need. For Soldiers. For Life.
