I could give you all the statistics......but what more do I need to say .......Cancer has touched most of our lives, I am sure that you all know someone close to you who is effected in some way by cancer and it's devastating effects!!!

UPDATE 8/2/04 - TRAINING TARGET 1 ACHIEVED - ADIDAS 10 K RUN -
COMPLETED IN JUST UNDER 1 HOUR. UPDATE 7/3/04 - TRAINING TARGET 2 ACHIEVED - ADIDAS HALF MARATHON - COMPLETED IN 2 HOURS 25 MINUTES. UPDATE 21/ 4/04 - NOW THAT I'VE COME DOWN OFF CLOUD 9 IT'S TIME TO TELL YOU ALL THAT:- "I DID IT!!!!!!" I COMPLETED THE LONDON MARATHON IN 5 HOURS 3 MINUTES AND 22 SECONDS. A MILLION THANKS TO ALL THOSE WHO SPONSORED ME AND SUPPORTED ME ON THE DAY........IT'S SUCH A GOOD CAUSE. REMEMBER IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO SPONSOR IF YOU ARE STILL THINKING ABOUT IT !!!!!!!
