Story
Welcome to the donations page for the Martial Arts Planet Charity Meet 2009
As always we're donating everything directly to charity, so if you would prefer to save time on the day you can make a donation through this page directly to the National Autistic Society to guarantee yourself a place at the seminar and to use Gift Aid where appropriate to increase your donations. Any donations above the entry cost of £15 will guarantee you a free place at the event (unless you're just donating for the sake of donating, of course!) and will stop you from having to bring a wallet into the training area. You should still bring cash for the after-training socialising in the cafe, of course!
In case anyone is wondering why this charity was chosen, here's the story:
This year a very close personal friend of mine lost her mum in tragic circumstances. I won't go into too many details, but suffice to say she was inspirational during life, managing to balance family life with charitable activities, including fund-raising for the National Autistic Society and being on the board of governors for local schools. She will be sorely missed by so many people, and I can't think of a better tribute than to support the charity of her choice by donating all of our entry costs to them this year.
Thank you so much for choosing to support this great cause and for coming along to the Meet this year.
