Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Hi there, I am sure any of my friends visiting this page already know I have become maybe a little obsessed with my cycling after getting back into it last year after probably a 20+ year absence, despite being a bit of a chunky monkey I do try to keep fit playing badminton and squash but in an attempt to shift some more blubber and not being much of a fan of jogging I turned back to cycling and fell back in love with it big time, in the last year I have done just shy of 4000 miles, mostly rides of about 30-40 miles, although I have just done my first organised event which was the 50 mile Great Nottingham ride on the 22nd June which I really enjoyed, the atmosphere and the other riders made it a great day so I thought I'd enter another one and try to push myself a little more and in the process raise money for a worthy cause would be a win win for me.

I would really appreciate any support you can give, I don't personally know anyone who has suffered with this condition but as I said its a worthy cause and makes a change from saving the panda's haha
