Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

5 years ago I was diagnosed with Parkinson's.  A bit of a body-blow but at the behest of my younger brother I have put together a 'bucket-list' of things to do and raise money for charity at the same time.  2011 Kilimanjaro, 2012 Mont Blanc, 2013 The Wilderness Waterway and now as a little extra, and being an ex-Grenadier, I have the chance to support the good work of the Colonel's Fund, Grenadier Guards by cycling the 260 odd miles to the Waterloo battlefield.

I only have 18 day to prepare for this challenge, and to also find the necessary £1,700 to participate (that is £92 a day or £4 an hour).

This is where you can help.  Despite the Parkinson's, I'll do the cycling if you can help out with the donations.  Every little counts.

You can help provide the long term support for those bereaved, wounded, traumatized, mutilated or harmed whilst in the line of duty

Cheers,

MARK
