Tony and Adam are "running" the British 10K on Sunday 2nd July. It will be the first run for the father and son team since their unsuccesful expedition around the Nottingham ring roads in 1976.

Tony's marathon time was rather quicker than Adam's but the ginger one has youth on his side.

Tony is a trustee of Action For Tinnitus Research and has first hand experience of this condition. The money we raise goes to a range of research activities into Tinnitus.
