Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

It's mid-life crisis time and I am embarking on a cycle ride from London to Paris. This is in aid of St Michael's Hospice - the local hospice for my patients - and setting out on 1st June 2011. The journey will be approximately 300 miles long and take 4 days - and I think it's going to hurt!

As I am self-funding, almost every penny raised will go to the Hospice. I realise there are plenty of good causes out there but please spare whatever you can.

Well, it's finally over! It was a great adventure and worth it for all the money raised so far. Nothing has been permanently damaged and I should put all the weight back on after a few hearty meals or a bar of chocolate.
