Dave, Phil, Richard and myself are taking part in the Pedal Paddle Peak challenge on 18th June 2016. The challenge involves cycling for 30 miles, Canoeing across Ullswater and hiking over Helvellyn in the Lake District. The challenge is likely to take 9 hours in total. We are carrying out the challenge to raise money for Muscular Dystrophy UK. We would be grateful for any money you are able to donate.
